L'Irlandais — Restaurant in Limoges

Food was excellent. I had a chicken curry burger which was a good size, tasty and well battered. Came with nice chips too. Then for dessert the profiteroles which was enormous and delicious. Can recommend the popcorn cocktail too, though it is too easily drank, and the apple and raspberry cider was nice also. Only 1 unisex bathroom which is a bit of a drawback, and you have to book a table well in advance otherwise come 8pm you'll be asked to vacate for someone with a reservation, but I guess that's the price to pay for a table at a...

Do not underestimate this place. From the outside it didn't even look open. It is wonderfully cosy with a great interior decor. The food & drinks were fab but what stood out the most was the customer service- all the guys were super friendly, very efficient and ensured we had everything we need for an exceptional lunch. We were not treated any differently to the locals (which unfortunately is a common experience in restaurants, when visiting from the UK). Do not miss this place if you are in Limoges. We will be back 100%!!...
