Avoid at all costs. Wife Ordered the cheese burger and I ordered the expensive steak, the burger was raw in the middle and the steak was the worst I have ever had. Sent the burger back with all the fries on the plate, New burger arrived but missing the fries, told the waitress and apologised and said she will get them, the fries never arrived, ordered drinks - had to ask twice before getting them. Told the waitress we will not be paying for the steak and will not be paying for the missing fries. Waitress said to pay at the bar and will inform them to reduce the bill, As I went to pay I noticed the steak had not been taken off the bill, told the guy who was operating the till that I am not paying for the steak to which appeared to trigger him, he popped off the the kitchen, he come back and did a new bill, he slammed the bill on the bar and slammed the card reader on the bar. My wife said he was expecting a “thank you “ for reducing the bill. The guys attitude absolutely sucked and I told him this which resulted in me losing my temper and offering him outside for a fight 😂 Not my finest moment but your attitude was shocking and your food...

Not a pub at ALL!! Poor service...

I went here with a friend for diner. We waited a long time before being able to order but we didn't had the drinks menu but the waitress took our order first. First bad news, no more fries. How is it possible for a restaurant not to have fries when they serve steaks, burgers and mussels?? The food arrived very quickly strangely (only reheated maybe or precooked) but she hadn't took our drinks order yet... Few minutes later, I saw several plates coming out with fries. I was so offended. So I ask the waitress and she said it was the last ones and a coworker went to buy some. But every single dish came out with fries. So even more offended by her lie. So I ask her again to give me some and received it with little apologies. And unfortunately, the fries are frozen... What a shame for a so call "pub and steakhouse"!

Ordered BBQ ribs which were good. For dessert, I ordered a "NY cheesecake" as written on the menu. But not NY style AT ALL. No taste at all, very chewy and salty. I do not recommend it!

Menu only available in French which is very unfortunate when you see that much people from abroad...

We had very high hopes for this restaurant - had a good buzz and nice sunny position.

Sadly the service and food really let it down. The Moules were nearly bone dry so we had to request so sauce. Nearly 50% of my moules also hadn’t opened. We told the waitress and she said she would look into it but never returned. When we asked another waitress we were similarly fobbed off and told to mention when we went to pay.

It was on paying that were were frankly offended. We explained what had happened and he said it was normal for mussels to not open. I explained I have a lot of experience eating mussels being from an island close to France and this quantity not opening is not normal. He was incredibly rude and patronising and demanded we pay immediately, with not even an offer of an apology let alone discount for only receiving 50% of a meal.
