Brasserie Deruelle — Restaurant in Lyon

THIS RESTAURANT IS HORRIBLE the food is tasteless , stinky 🤮and discusting i was surprised when i found small worms in salade🤢 , I asked them to check the food , they told me that the insects and worms were from outside because it is windy , and they didn’t even tried to solve the issue . the waiters are too solw , I have waited 30 minutes just for a coffee and some dessert . I have talked to the manager about the insects , she was so ruthless and arrogant 😡, and told me that she is busy and i have to wait. The tables were soo dirty with dust all over the place . It was a very bad experience and i regrette stopping by and i really advice everyone to avoid this...

Stopped off here for a quick lunch before our train. Had the burrata salad as a starter which was decent, although the burrata was dry. The mains were disgusting! Spaghetti meat balls, the sauce was completely tasteless and the meat balls were so over cooked I couldn’t cut into them. The Pizza on the other hand was undercooked. Our waiter was very attentive (lovely blonde man) but that was about the only good thing....

Nous arrivons à 12:16 et recevons les cartes peu après. Ayant fait notre choix, nous avons attendu 40 minutes, après de nombreuses tentatives pour contacter les serveurs, pour commander. Il n'y a plus qu'un seul des deux plats du jour, donc forcément la commande et rapide et les plats arrivent peu après. Les assiettes sont chaudes mais la nourriture est tiède et en quantité minuscule (riz au poulet), par contre mon entrée est carrément oubliée. Les desserts arrivent en même temps que les plats et sont laissés à une table à côté. On doit encore se battre une vingtaine de minutes pour avoir une paire de bouteilles d'eau minérales qui arrivent après que nous ayons fini de manger..

Si on ajoute à ça une déco passée, le personnel à la rue et une ambiance particulièrement bruyante, autant...
