Burger King — Restaurant in Lyon

We love going to burger King for their veggie burgers but what a horrible experience was in this branch !! Such a poor service. The whole team is filled with inefficient staff. Too slow, always making errors I their order (not just ours, we saw 4 other people waiting in line with the same problem about mistake in their orders). We waited 35 minutes for 2 menu orders and finally once we received, there was mistake (didn't give onion rings, gave fries), and everything was super cold, not just cold but kinda frozen. Two of the burgers had half cooked / semi-frozen steaks inside ! We wasted not only our money but also our time by going to this burher King....

What a great disappointment!! It was our first day in beautiful Lyon and we decided to visit this restaurant. It was July 7th and our first thought was to sit outside. However, both the tables and the benches were dirty, covered with spilled cola. So, we sat inside. It was clean, but the food was tasteless! I ordered chicken nuggets that came at a decent quantity, but rather cold and bland. My family ordered burgers, which didn't live up to their expectations of burger king. Believe when I say avoid this BK location at all costs. Last time I was at this restaurant, there was nobody in line and it still took them over 10 minutes to prepare my order. Then today, I waited 40 minutes. I'm not exaggerating. Take a look at the attached photos. One is my receipt with the time I placed my order (12:56), and the other is the pop-up notification from the app showing the time when my order was finally ready (13:38). Absolutely ridiculous.
