Comebuy Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Lyon

Depending on those who make the tea, the ice tea is nice one day and the another day, the tea level is less tasty. It’s better if they put more intense tea level because sometimes all I get is sugar or water. Luckily, I got full tea taste sometimes depending on a person who makes tea. On 15 July, I got 2+1 promotion for their anniversary and the girl is good to make tea. But , on 18 July, a boy gave me the wrong ice tea among 3 tea. And one of the ice tea has no taste with a lot of ice cubes though I requested less ice. Maybe I am the 1 st customer on that day and he was very busy with opening the shop on time. So I suggest not to go there at the peak hours or opening hours around earlier 12. Or the shop owner should hire more employee for that busy hours. i come to comebuy all the time. i come here to heal my inner child and the cravings i have for bubble tea. i order the same one drink over and over again (triple q maracuja with extra aloe vera) and i have scientific proof that it made my physical and mental health better. the other drinks are fire too and the best part is that i can ask for a non lactose option because my lactose intolerance won’t leave me alone for a bubble tea. besides from the drinks the servers here are chefs kiss. this one server is amazing, she is the love of my life, my guardian angel and is the most hard working one there, i give her six stars rating. i hope my review was useful in some way. thank you comebuy for helping me...

Quality is good as always, employee was friendly but never asked whether we had an account or not. When we asked if our order accumulated points, she said “you must connect before”, while I was connecting to my account during order time. It might be better if we get reminded before ordering next time ☺️

P/S: Since we sat in to enjoy our drinks, the French girl came to us and explained nicely how to point program worked. Actually you guys have 10 points every time you connect to your account with your telephone number, and it is not related to the amount of your order 😊 I appreciate the quick reaction to...
