Five Guys Burgers and Fries Lyon République — Restaurant in Lyon

The place was clean and tidy and the staff were super friendly.

Even tho it was very busy, seating was widely available.

My order was somehow messed up with some missing ingredients (not a big deal).

Due to an error in the system I had to wait 30 min plus to get my food. Although I don't think it had anything to do with the staff, I could been told earlier but again, not a biggie. They were in a rush and at the same time nice enough to offer drinks and a shake on the house which I must say was one of the very best.

Best shake I've had at a five guys venue, let alone in France. That shake was loaded as... and you could see it was mostly ice-cream. A proper thick shake. Deffo worth the money. Albeit I wasn't charged for it.

Burgers are okayy, chips are very good, service is friendly, hygiene is top and shakes are a must try, seriously... You wouldn't want to stop by and...

The outdoor tables were dirty we hsd to clesn them to sit. The lady who took the order speskd in a very low voice, ee vould bsrely understand ehst dhe is saying.

There was no ketchup and we jad to ask 3 times until they gave us the ketchup in envelopes.

The burger was good, i say that because my kids don't like burgers and yet they ate half of the little burgers (little burgers ate big, im glad i didn't order the normal burger)... the hot dogs were good as well. The fries are very big portions (which is great).

The bathroom was clean despite the crowd.

I might give this place a second try just to make sure the service isn'tthis bad...

I ordered the cheeseburger and medium fries. For me wasn’t enough so I had to order another cheeseburger to get me full!Tastes very good!!much much better than McDonald’s for sure. The staff are very friendly and can also speak English! Even if it tastes very good, it is a bit expensive. I would say for a hungry male , 1 burger and fries wasn’t enough. So keep in mind that to be satisfied you have to order two burgers and fries that cost about 30€ all together. Very tasty but also a bit expensive. It depends on the person if he is willing to pay for it. I guess...
