The service was brilliant, fluent in English and very friendly for French standards. The food was really good as well, new(ish) flavours served with delicious bread. But I cannot give more than three stars since despite the effort put into the dishes there were no culinary sensations. The first (cucumber something) soup was too acidic the second rather bland but still both were good just not 100€ kind of good (the Madelines tasted like the ones you buy in bags but the cream was delicious). Impeccable service by the waiter who took pains to explain each course to me in English. It’s a surprise tasting menu so you don’t know what’s coming before hand but it’s all plant based so nothing to worry about! They have no a la carte menu, you have to take their 4 course surprise menu which costs eur 49, excluding drinks. The restaurant operate also in customer waves, which is a good system as the kitchen can prepare the dishes for all tables more or less at the same time. This worked very well.
