Pâtisserie Bouillet - Croix-Rousse — Restaurant in Lyon

The quality of the cakes was fine, but they should improve their product QC and customer service policy.

Last two weeks I found a long hair in their product, sent them a mail with photos but never got any response from them (except the plain auto-reply mail saying that they'll be back to work again the next day).

Last Saturday, I went to the shop buying some cakes and told the seller what I found. The seller said that she'd tell the person who was responsible for this matter. Before leaving, she offered me one macaron coated with chocolate as an exchange for the forgiveness, to me it seemed like those macarons were prepared for every customer, for a new product trying out or so...

In any case, the way they confronted the problem makes me hesitate to go back...

I went to chocolate shop one, But I can’t find on google map, so I will review here.

I asked the seller if the box of 24 pieces of chocolate bonbon has all mixed flavors because I want to try one of each. The seller she said yes, but now I just know that I don’t have one each, some got two and it miss a lot of other flavors.

I tried one with praline maison, it smells of old almond,...

Nous sommes allés ce matin aux Halles Bocuse.....et nous n'avons pas pu résister , en passant devant la pâtisserie BOUILLET ( pourtant cliente du stand B.A. et un peu Croix Rousse....) de demander si il restait encore une ( au moins !....) tablette Dubaïe , et vous savez quoi : OUI !.... Whaouuuu.....une tuerie , des arômes en bouche , limite inconnus , et ce croustillant agréable et léger , un régal !....Bravo à Sébastien et à son équipe ( nous avons vu l'émission de la fabrication , pas la recette évidemment !.....) ces petits cheveux d'ange qui croustillent , ce flot de pistaches crémeux , mais c'est un véritable péché de gourmandise , qui j'espère , nous sera vite pardonné !....Mr BOUILLET continuez , s'il vous plaît de la fabriquer , personne ne pourra l'égaler !.... Et pour demain j'ai pris les œufs ( gâteaux portions ) car , hélas ( ou pas....) je connais tous vos gâteaux , ou la plupart ! Merci à vous et aux équipes des boutiques que je fréquente surtout !.... PS : j'avais fait deux photos de cette sublime tablette , mais rien ne me permet de les mettre sous mon commentaire ☹️....Dommage , j'ai trouvé mes photos de la tablette Dubaïe , tout à la fin de toutes...
