The worst store of the franchise I’ve ever been. Staff has no ideia of what vegan means although the food chain is supposedly meant to be directly to vegans and vegetarians. “Not just for veggies” slogan more like “normal coffee shop, couple vegan options”. Snacks were wrongly labeled to the point bacon and cheese was “vegan”.

Attendants have no will to help, specially if you are a tourist with bad French or trying to communicate in English (they won’t feel like it even seeming like they could understand me) and mainly push you off the door if you are checking the food and labels for too long instead of willing to just order and go in 3 seconds.

By 17-18pm there’s almost no food available, according to the attendants “because it’s prepared in the morning and then people take it through out the day” well, about time to prepare more products in the morning, then? I suppose there’s people to grab food after work or maybe it would just be nice to have food while the place is still open?

Not clean, not organized, the place feels like an empty ballroom. Since it’s located at a touristic area and near the subway it should provide a better service. No bathroom, charging the phone is not possible and the furniture is old.

The experience I had with Pret a manger traveling to Portugal and England was much better. Not only the quality of service and taste of food but the menu itself: a veggie/vegan friendly place with most marketing focoused on this should never have attendants that don’t know what veganismun is about or lack of vegan food on the menu and/or shelves, not to mention the classical vegan “full meals” options that have no protein and/or carbs in it - just plain salads with...

I like this space for working purposes and specially when I want to be in a coffee shop for a change. Their service is very welcoming and their pastries are tasty. Never tried food there. Prices are average. Customer service is nice. People who work there are very helpful, welcoming and friendly. However their coffee is not the best at all. I got a heavy stomach after drinking my iced latte. Their milk is probably heavy on the stomach. Their toilet should be cleaned more often. However ambiance and pastry wise above average. Cette note concerne Prêt à manger Lyon Part Dieu mais dont la page n’a visiblement pas encore été créée… comme la réduction de 50cts pour les personnes venant avec leur gobelet réutilisable. J’avais déjà prévu d’utiliser mon gobelet pour y mettre ma boisson quand je suis allée chez eux. Qu’elle ne fut pas ma surprise quand j’ai vu sur leurs écrans que je pourrais bénéficier de 50cts de réduction grâce à cette initiative pour la planète. Une super initiative de prêt à manger ! Et à la caisse surprise… mon cappuccino reste à 4,70€ le prix sans réduction. Je questionne donc la serveuse qui n’a pas l’air au courant que cette réduction existe et qui questionne donc ses collègues… lesquelles répondent que la réduction n’est pas encore applicable ! Malgré le fait qu’elle apparaisse en GROS derrière elles sur les écrans ! Elles n’avaient l’air que peu concernées par le problème et ont continué à servir les clients sans proposer aucun geste commercial.

Deux points positifs : l’alternative végétale est gratuite (mais c’est également le cas de leur concurrent Starbucks situé dans la même gare) mon gobelet était bien rempli même plus que ce que j’imaginais.

Mais le résultat c’est que je ne reviendrais pas et j’irais voir la concurrence quitte à payer plus cher et même s’ils ne proposent pas de réduction pour les personnes avec gobelets réutilisables !
