With great location just next to the river Saône in Lyon. As an asian who uses to have the taste of Ramen, I would say that all food are fresh and well prepared. However, if you use to have Ramen in Asia, with standard of gourmet demander, I strongly suggest not trying it as it is totally different from those great Japanese Ramen chains and you will be really disappointed. On the other hand, their Gyoza with Saint-Jacques et encornets is delicious especially compared to Gyoza with Pork. If you were there, really have to give it a try. In terms of service, all staffs are super friendly. Very Japanese style service. However, those who took orders are not as professional as in a restaurant as they don't take the order by persons who entered the store first and they missed served our order until we reminded them. Overall, it is a nice experience but I don't think that I will re-visit it again as the Ramen doesn't reach my expectation. However, it is still good for those who like to try fresh-made Japanese ramen in Lyon.

Cancelled a reservation at a bouchon to eat here...once you've been to one bouchon you've kinda been to them all. Had a Kirin, gyoza (pork), and miso ramen. The gyoza was delicious; a good amount of well seasoned meat, chunks of vegetable, and not greasy. The dipping sauce had tons of flavor. The miso ramen is the best I've had. Full of flavor and a thick broth to go with it. Even though it's hot outside, I still enjoyed every bite/sip. Sitting at the bar table overlooking the historic part of Lyon is nice as well. Judging on the sign outside, I believe this is also owned by the same person who owns Tomo. I will be back before I leave!

The flavour is okay and staffs are all Japanese, so it's fine for the flavor, though they make some adjustments. The noodles is curly one and a little bit hard, which is quite nice. Regarding the price of ramen, it would be a little bit expensive. The portion of noodles is not enough( I added noodles, and feel like I'm just full), and there are only 4-5 piece of bamboos and 2 small pieces of porc(and it's a little bit too soft!). Compare to shoyu ramen, shio ramen even don't have a hald egg and it's more expensive. Hope the size of ramen and numbers of side dishes could increase. Merci beaucoup.
