Absolutely disgusting food, I ordered in the hotel (I stay in the hotel in Lyon) and I was wrong. The Pho Bo came COLD and the meat came SEPARATELY from the soup and was RAW, not cooked, which probably is OK if the soup is extra hot as it would have cooked immediately. But because the soup was already cold, the meat didn't have a chance to cook, so it remained raw inside the soup. Basically it looks like a cold liquid with a raw meat inside that also left it's blood inside this liquid. I eat pho bo many times in my life, but I never eat a cold pho bo with raw meat inside. Also, I couldn't heat it up because I'm staying in the hotel, so I'm expecting that this should be already heated, or at least with cooked meat inside. I am aware that for pho bo you put the raw meat inside the very hot soup and then you serve it immediately because the meat will cook in a few seconds because of the heat, but when you order it you expect either for the meat to be already inside the soup, or for the soup to be extra hot, so the raw meat can cook immediately. C est dommage !!! C'était Bon, tout ok, mais au moment de passer en caisse. Après attendre 2 minutes que madame finisse ses rangements devant nous qui attendons bêtement... "Non ce n'est pas des menus". 53€ au lieu de 45 !. Pourtant les menus sont sur la carte sans contre indication de jour. On a bien demandé les entrées et plats du menu X3. Au moment de payer, La serveuse dit "vous n'avez pas demandé les menu" (pourtant si, strictement) et la dame en caisse "ils sont sur la carte mais on va les enlever". Pour moi client, ce n'est pas normal et je ne trouve pas ça juste ! Elle n'a rien voulu savoir, alors pas la force d'insister. Mais 2 étoiles ... si vous montrez vos cartes devant le restaurant et vous proposez des cartes, elles doivent être Obligatoirement conformes à vos Prix en caisse.
