Yesterday night, the last night of the FID festival, I had a very bad experience while witnessing an argument between a client, a member of the staff and the person who seemed to be the manager of the place. The client was emotional and angry about a personal issue and expressing themselves in a bad way towards the staff. Unfortunately, misbehaving clients are everywhere. I was shocked though by the manager's reaction (if I am guessing right and he is indeed the manager) who starting screaming louder than the client telling them "wooooh wooooooh stop stop eeeeeee ok ok leave leave leave wooooh wwweeeehhh" and similar to these sounds. While the one member of the staff was also screaming "only people from USA is causing us this kind of trouble!!!!". For the record, I am not from USA, and I am working in "restauration" as well, so I know that sometimes dealing with unreasonable clients is delicate. However, they might be wrong or exaggerating or whatever, but they are still people who deserved to be treated respectfully. Unfortunately, yesterday I was in such a shock with those 2 people reaction that I couldn't speak up. If you feel I am exaggerating, try to have someone screaming at your face "WOOOOHHHH WWWEEEEHH" why you are speaking. I hope that it was an one time's incident and that the next time you will treat people better than they treat...
Read morePizzas are at least twice the price of what they should cost (and three times more than a real margarita pizza in Napoli [€5,50]), the crust was burnt and takes up almost 50% of the whole pizza, the mozzarella was not fresh and tasted industrial…so for €14 for a margarita, it is definitely not worth it.

Read moreUne brasserie chic qui se la joue parisienne avec peu de choix à la carte de mets raffinés (mont d’or à la truffe) ou moins … Les pizzas sont très bonnes quoi qu’on en paye la qualité. L’ambiance est sympa surtout lors de leurs soirées organisées. La sélection de vin naturel est appréciable ! Des choses classiques comme originales. Seul bémol c’est un peu onéreux tout de même, on est pas mal serrés selon les tables, et puis dès que l’on en sort c’est la canebière… (on se demande ce que Blum fait ici). Le ressenti dépend beaucoup du moment où l’on y va, que ce soir les serveurs qui changent pas mal et qui ne se valent pas tous, pareil pour la carte et la fréquentation. Tantôt trentenaire tantôt retraités.
Réponse : merci l’équipe pour votre réponse ! A vrai dire une partie de mon commentaire date de 2022 car je suis un grand amateur depuis bien longtemps du Blum. Concernant ma remarque sur la canebiere, elle est d’époque. Mais maintenant oui c’est clairement un pari gagné cette implantation. Vous avez amené robato et d’autres à s’installer… Vous savez vous renouveler et c’est vraiment bien. Je regrette un peu que vous fassiez moins de soirée musique. Mais je reviens toujours ! À...
