Je suis allée acheter deux buckets avec boissons sur place, à emporter (34€).Tout allait bien jusqu’à ce que le « à emporter » se transforme, le pepsi s’est ouvert tout seul lors du transport, a mouillé tout le sac, j’ai perdu qlq éléments de ma commande! J’ai contacté le KFC Préfecture Marseille et la responsable manager m’a répondu «  quand on vous l’a donné c’était fermé que voulez-vous que je vous dise?». J’ai raccroché car ce ne valait clairement pas la peine d’échanger avec ce genre de personne! Déjà que quand on entre dans l’établissement c’est la fosse aux fantômes maintenant je comprend mieux pourquoi!
