I had a layover at Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris, connecting from New York to Istanbul. When I arrived at the POS terminal to purchase breakfast, I noticed that it wasn’t functioning. I inquired if I could pay for my meal in cash using US dollars. The cost for breakfast was 13 Euros, and I gave the cashier $100. However, when I received the change, I was shocked to find that it was only 63 Euros. I repeatedly asked how this was possible, even considering the current exchange rate between Euros and US dollars. Despite my inquiries, the cashier insisted that their system had provided this result and that she had no control over it. Eventually, she reluctantly gave me 60 Euros because she claimed she “didn’t have” the remaining 3 Euros. I was extremely disappointed with this experience and would strongly advise anyone traveling through this airport to avoid this particular POS terminal. I’m really disappointed with the service of this appliance store. What upset me the most was that they refused to let me use their microwave to heat my food—even though it seemed like a simple, harmless request. To make it worse, the staff was extremely rude about it. They didn’t even bother to explain their reason politely; instead, they brushed me off with a dismissive attitude, which made the whole experience even more frustrating.

Good service isn’t just about selling products—it’s about treating customers with basic respect. This place clearly fails at that. I won’t be returning, and I’d advise others to think twice before...

Avoid!!! I was next in line after the person in front of me paid. The cashier completely ignored me & started chatting with her coworker & never acknowledged me. I had to wait for her to finish her conversation. Not once did she ask what I wanted. When I finally got my order in (she didn't even ask, I just had to insert myself after her pause in her conversation) she placed my coffee on the counter with an attitude & turned away.
