Oct. 17 ' 2025 We were tired and defeated when we sat down for dinner, we missed our flight because of a breakdown of the internal train that is provided for passengers to get to the boarding gates. Mohammed greeted us with a big smile and a kind heart as he sat us down for dinner and provided us with menus. He gave us details on the entrée provided, as if he had made it and were at his dinner table. Mohammed provided tasty litle baguettes and oil while we waited. The Quiches that we ordered were at right temperature, moist not soggy, with a firm crust. For dessert we ordered the Tarte Fruits which were served with what tasted like a thick yogurt and a drizzling of Carmel sauce. We were pretty pleased with the meal we received at Cafe Eiffel in CDG. I saw a lot of poor reviews, but wanted to give them a try since I refuse to eat at American fast food when traveling abroad. We thought the food pricing was as expected for an airport, and no more than what our hotel restaurant was going to charge for the same meal. The hot chocolate was very chocolaty. The Cafe Americane was nice and strong. The Quiche had a thick, yet delicate crust with substantial filling with a very "pizza" type flavor. The Croque Monsieur was superb; a bechamel sauce, cheese, and ham sandwich toasted with more cheese on top. The Waffle is lighter than a "Belgian" waffle, but has a crispier exterior, almost to the point of being flaky. We thought service...

We got ripped off and (almost) scammed here. Rip-off. Farmer’s poultry (Volaille Fermier) is in fact a single chicken drumstick. They charge 29 Euro for it. 2 tablespoons of salad priced at 15 Euro. Scam. They brought us carpaccio which we did not order, so we sent it back immediately. Still, they included the carpaccio in the bill. As the cash register was two steps away from our table, we observed how the staff was deliberating on whether present us the invoice with carpaccio included or produce right bill.
