My god! I'm normally not dramatic, but this was the worst rip off ever! Had a long connecting flight at Charles de Gaulle and saw this restaurant. Thought we give it a try... Big mistake, seriously a very big mistake! I had the beef with homemade fries (homemade from a plastic bag that is), and my partner had the Entrecote. Our six year old son had the Taglierini ala cream. With this we drank the 13EUR per glass Bordeaux the extremely stressed waiter recommended. Don't know where to start but my steak was almost impossible to cut. Seriously the toughest piece of meat I have ever encountered...so I though... My partner gave her entrecote a try but gave it to me so I could try it as well. It was basically impossible to cut or eat. My son got his pasta and he said it did not taste well, so I tried it. It did not taste anything at all. Seems like they poured cream over boiled pasta and put cold pieces of chicken on that, not even salt present. Really really bad! And now lets review the fantastic wine (according to the waiter)...I have been together with a sommelier for almost 25 years, and I'm extremely interested in wine, so i know a bad wine when I get one. This wine had been decantered before we came there or was coming out of an opened bottle. The flattest wine I have ever tasted. And by the way, the homemade fries was ordinary fries from a plastic bag and they managed to overcook them so they where more like chips... The worst airport restaurant experience I have ever had in my life. And i have been all over the world for 40 years... By the way, who is this Guy Martin who puts his name on this? He must be an invented character. Nobody want's to put their name on this place!!! Don't set your foot here...

Worse experience I have EVER had in my life.

I came to this place because it had very good reviews and I truly cannot understand why.

First, the waitress served me the desert I ordered with the entre, and her reply was “oh so you want it after dinner” as if it is not obvious that desert is after.

Later, we HAD to ask for them to serve us the bread which was not edible, cold and very hard bad baguette.

The salmon was tasteless and BURNT. The waitress didn’t even ask me how I wanted my beef and they overcooked it, some parts were burnt and very hard to chew. They don’t have the proper cutlery to cut beef, my hands were so tired after eating.

Such a shame because it was a total of 85 per person but this food doesn’t even deserve 10, quality of the ingredients was the worse, and the beef tasted as if defrosted in the microwave.

The cherry of the cake was them serving us the water we asked at the beginning arrived after we finished our meal, we even had to ask the waitress who forgot the glasses. Not to mention that they forgot to set spoon TWICE.

This and mcdonalds fries are exactly the same, soggy, soft and oily fries. Disgusting

The creme brûlée’s sugar was SO sticky, i cannot even call this french

Never again, I wish the reviews about this place were...

( sorry I am French but I write this review in English because google is international)

I had a very long layover at the airport, I passed by the restaurant and check the reviews before going. I was hesitating because the reviews are not nice. After a long walk I still decided it was the best place to go.

I had a delightful meal and been wonderfully welcomed by Merieme. She is accommodating everyone, and been also so nice with the table next to me (a German guy with 2 kids so happy to have some flexible meal and desserts :)).

I spent lots of time in the restaurant. I could see how efficient and polite patient and agreeable the service is.

Speaking about wine I had a Viognier by the glass and it’s incredible really. And I am a wine amateur and just come back from french family Christmas holidays, we had amazing wine .. trust me and order the Viognier :)

A very special mention to Soufiane who worked as a bartender and coffee barista as well as serving food.. he works like magic and he is such a nice person.

End of the day, I don’t understand reviews at all. Fresh wonderful food and the best service possible.
