Terminal 2 F — Local services in Meaux

The worst, from beginning to end. To ask for information EVERYONE IS RUDE. I asked 2 different people information to where my my gate will be. Wrong information twice. Even for the tax cash back wrong information again. Going thru Security line about 1hr away. Asked my I will be making it on time. She was rude did not speak English and Ramp out in another language and facial expression said it all. Very, very rude. Expensive. Really Europe is a beautifully place but the people are not friendly here at all. Very rude, from the restaurant bussiness to utilizing the toilet you have to pay. For a spoon you have to pay. Europe has a lot of history but the people suck. Visited Italy, Rome, Lucerne, Paris, Switzerland, Florence, Bellizona thru Globus trip for 9 days. I don't think I would do Europe again...

Security at this airport is terrible. These people hate their job and the people they deal with. Because of their incompetence, unprofessionalism and machinery that wasn't functioning myself and a lot of other people on various flights lost their connections. This was confirmed to me by a very nice and sympathetic employee of Air France. I've had similar experiences at this airport in the past but never so extreme. I witnessed customers politely asking for help from the security personnel and the only response being irritation. I've been to many airports around the world in more than forty years of travel and this is the worst. And not just a freak occurrence but rather modus operandi. My advice is avoid CDG if possible especially tighter connections 1...

the worst. i understand it is Paris and I should know some french to get around, but at the security check they stopped me to weigh my bag and started yelling at me in french when I clearly didn’t understand. At least some basic english should be required for people working at airports. the most unfriendly experience.

I had a carry on which they made me check in too, and had to pay 60€. When I saw other people with the same amount of belongings as me on the plane....
