Ordered matcha lattes not realizing they are prepared differently in France (with dairy) than in the UK (with rice milk). What we received was essentially very hot milk with almost no matcha, it was almost white (see photo) and didn’t taste good at all, even if I did want milk in the latte. When I went back to the counter to ask if there was dairy, they said yes. I asked if we could get another drink or a refund because we can’t drink dairy and the manager was going to help us, but then the person who made the drinks rudely corrected us and said we ordered them with oat milk and that it was oat milk. We did NOT order it with oat milk, and I tasted it and it was cow milk. The woman then rudely told us to take our drinks and go away. Ended up throwing the 2 full drinks away, waste of €12. Incredibly rude and disrespectful employees, get your drinks literally...
Read moreTerrible shop/cafe. On a rating from 1-5 I would give it 0 if I could. It should be classified as a “dump” and not a cafe on Google Maps. Terrible service, rude employees with a sense of self-entitlement, empty shelves, just horrible. You can see that everything is wrong with this place from top management below (with a few exceptions perhaps). If it was not almost the only place to buy some food on the airport, it would certainly go bankrupt long time ago. Sad thing is: Pret A Manger is a French chain but they should send their staff to Heathrow London to learn how to run Pret A Manger successfully and how to treat their...

After I heard the answer I told them I want to exchange sandwiches for coffees or to get money back, they replied they can’t do it! Rude and unprofessional employees. Eating very often in Pret in London and they always heat food for you and they actually offer to do it,but this place is horrible just because of their...
