Did not disappoint ! The flavours were unbelievable the caramel, nougat, and vanilla were the best ice cream I’ve had. The flower presentation was unbelievable and the service was top quality. A lovely Colombian man really helped me and my friend out when he realised we didn’t have much French and they all had excellent customer service. Will definitely be back for another visit...

Une déception. Je m’y rendais régulièrement car j’adore leurs glaces, malheureusement ce soir-là ce fut une autre histoire. Ayant commandé un uber eat la veille, il manquait des glaces dans la commandes, ne savant pas comment faire pour être remboursé ou avoir mes glaces, car c’était la première fois que cela m’arriver, je me suis rendue sur place à Amorino. Toutefois, après avoir expliqué ma situation à la manageuse, tout en restant polie et respectueuse, voilà que celle-ci devient virulente, se mettant à parler force en disant « nous on peut rien y faire parce que on est pas sûr que vous n’avez pas mangé les glaces, faut voir ça avec uber eat » tous les clients me regardaient alors que je voulais surtout savoir ce que je devais faire avec ce produit manquant dans ma commande. Je me suis sentie humiliée, alors que j’étais courtoise avec elle et que je ne lui ai jamais manqué de respect. Je n’y retournerai plus, dans d’autres Amorino on nous traite mieux et avec respect quand on demande une information, ensuite elle a essayé de se rattraper en nous offrant une glace, mais ça ne suffit pas, on achète...
