Tuk Tuk Tea Montpellier — Restaurant in Montpellier

Stopped by Tuk Tuk Tea during my time here in Montpellier and had absolutely amazing boba tea here. First of all, they make their boba in house! Seeing it being prepared was awesome. Then the actual Matcha tea on top was amazing, very compatible with the added boba. We asked for a lower level of sweetness of the Matcha to compensate for the sweet boba bubbles, and the staff was so accommodating! This idea worked perfectly as we got a great balance. Great...

Went there after going past it a few times over the course of our stay in Montpellier. So glad we decided to go for it!! Depuis une semaine j’y vais souvent, travaillant à côté: leurs Bubble Tea fruités sont exquis. J’adore le fait que ce ne soit pas que perles et thé, mais aussi des feuilles, fleurs, réels bouts de fruits etc qui restent dans la boisson. (Mention honorable au Rio, incroyable). Un packaging à emporter très adapté et pratique aussi, et leur salon de thé est joli. Je ne suis en revanche vraiment pas fan des bubble tea au lait/lait d’avoine qu’ils proposent: les laits ne sont selon moi pas les meilleurs, et surtout les perles de tapioca gâchent tout de part leur texture dure et goût fade. Avec un changement des perles pour ces bubble tea là, ce serait certainement déjà beaucoup mieux, surtout qu’on voit que le soin dans la concoction des boissons est présent.
