We have been coming to this restaurant for 18 years and it is still the best and our favourite place to eat in Le Touquet. Bot our friends and ourselves have eaten in some of the best Michelin star places in Europe, so we know and understand quality and the expertise of the chef. Nibbles (olives, peanuts and pretzels) to start were an unexpected nice touch but selection was pretty average. Good food but not sure about serving all main courses with the same vegetables and polenta, what may suit meat may not fish. Vegetables didn’t have any salt or seasoning.
