Initially we were greeted warmly and staff were happy to invite us in. Things went downhill quite quickly with us waiting far too long for drinks and, when they arrived, mine was incorrect.
We then waited for a long time between starters and mains and when my main arrived, it was, again incorrect. When the correct meal came out it was exceedingly hot and the pasta was baked together making it stodgy and more difficult to eat. A huge amount of cured ham was placed on top but, because the food was so hot, the ham started to cook, changing the taste completely.

It wasn't busy and if we had at least been acknowledged we would have been happy to wait a little longer. We went just up the road to Les Artists and experienced 1st class service along with great food. I guess some restaurants have it together and...
