During our recent visit to Naturabsolu in Villeneuve-lès-Avignon, my family and I were treated to an unforgettable dining experience, thanks to Said. From the moment we walked in, Said greeted us with such kindness and compassion that we immediately felt at home.

Despite being the sole chef that evening, as his wife was out-of-town, Said prepared a fantastic meal that left us all in awe. His passion for both the food he cooked and his guests was evident in every interaction and every dish. The food tasted incredibly fresh and felt wonderfully healthy, a true testament to Said's dedication and skill.

If you are ever travelling to Villeneuve/Avignon, France- don’t miss out this fabulous restaurant! After having eaten too much rich food in France, we wanted to opt for something light, healthy and fresh. Naturabsolu really caught my attention with their creative mix of dishes offered on the menu. When we tried their meals, we were very impressed by interesting and balanced mix of fresh and organic ingredients. Each bite was full of flavour and had multi layers of taste. The owner and his wife’s(Said and Lena) passion truly echos through their food and through the restaurant’s earthy and organic ambience. I was very pleased to find this gem of a little café restaurant in the square of Vielle Lez Avignon on a cycling trip. It was the first establishment I had found in the whole of Avignon that offered proper, excellent, sourdough bread and biodynamic, delicious, healthy food.
