It's really nice, with lots of tables outside, super pretty nostalgia style decoration, near the famous square, good food and friendly stuff, my dish was good but would be better with less mayonnaise, it covered the original floavor of the ingredients, that's a bit too much🤣🤣 I found the price is a bit high compared with other stores in Mancy, but it's I'm a good location so probably touristc Btw, i have to ask for free water to get the same treatment like local French ppl, because they first tried to provide me a bottle that I have to pay, so Non-French speaking ppl may want to pay...

Malheureusement, pas possible de noter la cuisine pour cette fois, car au bout de près de 3/4h après la prise de commande, nous nous sommes manifestés auprès du serveur (car nous étions très étonnés que les tables arrivées bien après nous avaient déjà leurs plats) pour nous enquérir d'un problème éventuel et apprendre que notre commande n'était pas du tout validée. Nous pouvions attendre longtemps...

Nous sommes de nature plutôt compréhensifs/tolérants en général et pouvons accepter des erreurs (c'est mieux si elles sont suivies de plates excuses, ceci dit...) mais nous aurions 2 choses à déplorer pour cette expérience: le gérant (qui avait donc initialement pris notre commande...) essayait de gérer 2 restaurants en même temps. Peut-être qu'en n'en gérant qu'un de manière plus sérieuse, il y aurait moins de négligences/oublis/loupés...? le personnel de service, ayant fait plusieurs aller-retours devant notre table pendant ces 45 minutes aurait peut-être pu (dû?) voir que nous n'avions même pas été servis en boissons. Pas même une carafe d'eau sur la table.

Sans notre question, nous aurions peut-être attendu jusqu'à la fin du service... avant que quelqu'un se rende compte du couac... ?! Bref, un sens du service et une attention aux clients qui pourraient largement être améliorés, surtout que le resto n'avait que 12-13 couverts pendant ce service.

Dommage, car cela fait 2 ans que j'essaie de faire découvrir ce resto à mon ami. J'ose espérer que nous bénéficierons d'un meilleur service la prochaine fois, le cas échéant. PS: désolée d'être partie sans dire au revoir (pas dans mes habitudes...
