McDonald's — Restaurant in Nancy

Worst McDonald's experience ever. Went there after a 800 km all day drive to have a quick bite. The problems: there was no aircondition and the it was at least 35 degrees inside as it was a hot day. You don't get access to the toilets until you have payed for your order and the (men's) toilets was so stincky a have not even experienced anything like this - not even on the worst Autobahn toilets. They gave us the wrong toys in the happy meal even though we specified boy and girl. Finally they forgot stuff in our order too and the garbage bins were overflowing. Only positive: we got our food pretty quickly. Eat...

This is the slowest Mc Donald’s I’ve ever been! First we have to wait at the door for over 10 minutes (and there was only one couple waiting for food inside) and after we put in our order, it takes them over 20 minutes to make it? And not because it’s super busy. One car in the drive and one other family inside waiting for food. And then there is something wrong with thing you can order your food on: no tickets. And you can not order a Coca Cola Zero without ordering a menu?! And half of the tables outside are disgusting.. they call it fast food right? Why is...

Food came too late and too cold even though there was only 6 person (drive included). Ordered today at 19.37 with plate number so they would bring my order to the table while kids were playing. had to wait 25 mins after i went to the counter to ask where was my kids food and after searching they found it in a corner. No excuses, anything else just handed me my order and done. To be honest if i knew if i would be treated like that with my money i would just go to the burger king...
