Nota Bene — Restaurant in Nantes

I don't understand the fuss for the pizze. One regina for my niece and one pistachio for me.

Pistachio was odd tasting, very light in actual pistachios, la mortadella was far from exceptional and all together I did not like my pizza's garnish at all. The doe was good but not excellent. My niece's tasted better, but the tomatoe base was soaky.

On the plus side, the drinks were really good, as was the service (lovely and very efficient) . And the micro filtred water wich is a great initiative.

The price were unreasonable for both the drinks and the food, but the location is lovely. No kicks at all in the olio con peperoncino.

All together I absolutely do not recomand, if you want real pizza italiano, go to del'Etna a few block away. For the same price you'll get 100% family cooking, a true delightful Italian family in cucina, and incredibly tasteful products. It was closed that day,...

Loved the Truffle Pasta. Most delicious thing I've eaten since moving to France. The waitress could tell I don't speak French, luckily my friend did. Didn't get a picture before eating because we were too excited by both the rissottos. Highly recommend the gorgonzola one also.

The Tiramisu was decent too. The coffee and service was enjoyable. My only complaint was the portion of pasta; could definitely have been more filling as is the case in other restaurants, including classical...

Proposer de l'eau microfiltré c'est très bien. Écologique pas de bouteille etc... Par contre obliger les clients à payer cet eau et refuser de fournir de l'eau du robinet non filtré gratuitement, c'est illégal. En meme temps vu la rentabilité d'une bouteille d'un litre à 1 euro je comprends le business. 200 ou 300% de marge nette ? Ah et oui pour rappel suite à signalement à la repression des fraudes vu que le responsable du restaurant m'a stipulée que c'était légal comme pratique, une petite revision des textes de loi serait bénéfique à cet établissement.

En effet, conformément à l’article L. 541-15-10 du code de l’environnement :

« Les établissements de restauration et débits de boisson sont tenus d'indiquer de manière visible sur leur carte ou sur un espace d'affichage la possibilité pour les consommateurs de demander de l'eau potable gratuite. Ces établissements doivent donner accès à leurs clients à une eau potable fraîche ou tempérée, correspondant à un usage de boisson ».

Il peut toutefois refuser de vous rendre ce service gratuitement, si vous n’avez pas l’intention de consommer.

Si vous souhaitez une eau minérale ou en bouteille, le cafetier ou le restaurateur peut vous faire payer pour cette prestation. Mais il ne peut vous l’imposer.
