We had our lunch here.We had a group in total of 8persons Cashier told us that ordering food 1st.Thereafter having confirmed all food ordered for the total of 8,he told us payment has to be make before going to our arranged seats. Our seatings arrangement was spilt into 2groups of 4persons each. We paid according to a group of 2persons each upon entry. After having completed collection of payment from the 1st group, the cashier issued a receipt in total of €100.50.This receipt is actually for the 1st and 2nd group for their food ordered.Receipt was issued after getting the 1st group to make payment(food ordered for 2persons); receipt issued by the cashier is for the 1st and 2nd group on their total food ordered(4persons). When the 2nd group make payment, no receipt was issued.2nd group understand that the receipt of €100.50 was issued earlier by the cashier in his collection of payment from the 1st group. The cashier having collected the payment by the 1st group(2persons),should only issued receipt based on his collection of 2persons.The 2nd group having paid for the food ordered was not issued with any receipt. Then the cashier carry on with the collection of payment for the 3rd and 4th group. Confusion set in when the cashier thought he had not collected payment for one of the food item ordered from the 1st and 2nd group. That shortage of payment is actually for the food item ordered by the 3rd and 4th group. The cashier then tallied up on the food ordered and the payment collected. We then presented the receipt issued by him to help him on his own confusion.Cashier check on the total payments for the 1st and 2nd group initially with payment of €100.50. Having cleared up all his doubts, we then have our peaceful meals.Just realized Confusion Theory can be complicated for just 3 items- a)Ordering of food, b)payment/receipt for food ordered and c)seating...
Read moreI came to this restaurant because it had good google reviews ‐ they are misleading. First, I was disappointed of the lack of cleanliness as the tables were not clean. The water or the cups they were poured in had to be full of dust as well, because it had bits swimming in it. The ramen and udon noodles as well as the gyoza before came relatively quickly, but the noodle soups especially were very disappointing. The broth was weak and thin, the chicken strips were cold and floppy on top of a warm soup. The egg was the worst as it was cold but also seemed to be so old, that the inner egg white was losing it's texture and started to dissolve into the soup (I had to take the egg out). For me it is even worse because they go to the extra mile to make their food, restaurant, and staff look authenticly...
Read moreFood is alright (nothing special). But the service is horrible. There are two waitresses who were incredibly rude. One of them lost her temper just because we didn't recall the Japanese names of the dishes in their menu when we had seen the menu just once. The other one was giving us a rude lesson in french language politeness when we were doing our best effort to put together a few french words while ordering. Then they forgot part of our order. When we asked for it, the waitress was livid saying "It's coming, can't you wait?". These two waitresses were also rude to the customers on the other tables nearby. People asked for cutlery, water and they were rolling their eyes, making angry faces leaving the customers bewildered. No customer deserves this treatement....
