I consider myself a pizza connoisseur. This place exceeded my expectations. The pizza ingredients were fresh and pipping hot out of the brick oven. You can tell the Pizzaiolo enjoyed his job. He paid some much attention to making each pizza and constantly checking the oven to make sure it cooked evenly on all sides. They have a nice wine menu to pair with your pizza. The atmosphere was warm, like a family owned business, a place for locals to hang out for good pizza and conversation. The building is small, holding about 8 chairs for inside and 2 for outside. After a few too many French meals I felt like something a little different.

Seeing a pizza place near my hotel, I walked over to Babina’s pizza to make an order.

It was incredibly easy to order after a normal wait (ten minutes), my pie was ready.

I soon tucked into it (a four cheese pizza) and it was one of the better pizzas I’ve had in recent memory.
