Drinks were delicious! Our last night in Nice required a drink of high standards! Despite being on the street with many offers & luring prices, we set upon Barbacane as it was busy as well as vibrant without the need of live music or entertainment.

We only got one drink each - Mai Tai & S3x on the Beach - however, if it wasn't for the pull of a late night ice cream, we would have stayed for more! Very friendly staff welcomed us & constantly gave off smiles to the other customers of all demographics during our 30 minute experience here. A popular place with tons of outdoor seating to feel comfortable even as many others walk-by on the busy market street in the Old Town.

Don't go here for food. One plate was just fried frozen food (onion rings, cheese sticks), which could be ok except it was the cheapest worst quality I ever had. So many other great food options, don't waste your time and money here. Slow service, wasn't too busy and our food sat out in the open for probably 10-15 minutes in front of the toilettes while the server was on her phone. We know because we went to the toilette and saw it and then started staring them down to bring it out. So food was barely warm. Drinks were good.
