Brasserie Le Relax — Restaurant in Nice

Had the beef carpaccio and it was absolutely spot on. The meat was fresh, sliced paper-thin and perfectly seasoned. It came topped with crisp lettuce and shaved parmesan, which added texture and flavor in all the right ways.

It also came with a side of French fries — unexpected but actually worked great with the dish. Light, satisfying, and balanced.
