Grand Café des Fleurs — Restaurant in Nice

Came to the restaurant in the morning and there was working one female waiter when we tried to order something she didn’t even listen to our order and instead it just took menus and went away without even asking what to drink. What a horrible experience for us all!! after that she didn’t even came to our table and refused speaking with us and serving us to the rest of the day. It was completely unprofessional by how she was doing that and extremely rude to us. We don’t recommend eating there unless there’s a female worker there. after that we could served by guys over there and it was completely unprofessional seeing how she had tour the menus from our hands and didn’t even ask if you want to order anything else. I would definitely recommend the food there but the service is just now while the female assistant is working there I’m 100% sure your experience is going to be as horrible as ours. Tried to call for Sunday lunch reservation and 2x phone was answered by young man who never responded to my hello, but proceeded to converse with another boy in the backround and make jokes, cackle. Then hang up. So I called back again, same scenario. Tried to contact by email but the email address is wrong on the site. One in my group went to the restaurant and was met by a young man who gave a look of contempt, "what do you want look" so she never followed through with booking our table. We ate elsewhere. The steak served to me was colder than my ancestors, drier than my humour and tougher than leather. I asked for a fresh steak... the same steak was reheated and served to me again, after the waiter overconfidently tried selling the same one back to us as the "best steak", we saw that it was clearly the same one reheated. It was drier than a camels foot. After asking for this to be rectified, they finally served a fresher one, however again overcooked (it was more congratulations than medium-rare).
