Came here 2 years ago on vacation, right around store opening. The owner was super kind and chatted with me as I smelled their large variety of teas. I was super excited to come back yesterday, but ended up disappointed. The store's focus is now more essential oils than tea, and the tea section is pretty cluttered and missing a lot of samples, so you can no longer all smell the different flavors. I also waited 10+ minutes to pay for my tea as the woman at the counter was mixing 3+ essential oils for another customer. She didn't acknowledge me the entire time, and didn't apologize for the wait; she could've easily checked me out in less than a minute, then gone back to the other woman. No longer feel the same enthusiasm...

J'aurais voulu être un artiste.... Non, j'aurais voulu mettre 5 millions de belles étoiles interstellaires dans cette galaxie de produits incroyablement salutaires, avec les conseils et la chaleur humaine du propriétaire Gregory de son prénom je crois un docteur en pharmacie passionné de plantes dont les connaissances immenses y compris en allopathie sont intergalactiques voire intersidérales. Si bon d'être chouchouté, écouté, conseillé par un pro qui n'a aucune velléité de vous pousser à acheter pour acheter mais simplement vous adresser la meilleure potion magique. Top notch quality products are what differs NO from many other stores in the area. While certainly quite a bit more expensive, their teas, essential oils, and scents are incomparable. I used to not believe it, I thought that lavender are all the same, but after this store, I can definitely tell. Of course it helps that the shop owner (a trained chemist and pharmacist) is very hands-on in explaining everything patiently: the oils uses, the quality markers, and the sources of the components he uses to blend various healing oils. And he'll gladly show you how it's done. He's only been open for 6 months and I wish him all the best because his passion is...
