We ordered chicken ceasar salad, cream Gnocchi and I requested for a grilled chicken, so our kind server Lola, helped me out in making the change of the chicken hamburger into grilled chicken with fries. She was very helpful and helped us decide our menu patiently even though we didn't understood the language, she helped us. This was a great gesture!! The place is very lit and has a huge seating place. Not many workers, but ehw staff is very friendly and very helpful. The food quantity is HUGE!! It's like a proper meal for one person. Each dish has a great quantity. The preparation is very fresh and upto the mark. THE ONLY THING FOR SOME PEOPLE WHICH MIGHT MATTER TO THEM IS THAT THE MEAT HERE IS HALAL!!!! It wasn't an issue for me. But I thought I'll share it for people who might have this for consideration.

OK we ordered a croque monsieur, arrived cold and soggy. Calamari was OK but overdone. Club sandwich, probably the best option and capucinos. Coffee was poor. Over steamed milk so thin and bitter. Location is OK. On the outer area of the square. But the worst things and why I totally recommend you do not visit are these 1) the most miserable, surly, unhelpful staff I've ever met in Europe. Total waste of time and 2) we watched the take away chef hitting flies with his spatula then serve people. Unbelievable. This was after we had eaten. So we left feeling a bit nauseated lol. DO...

I notice in the other reviews a lot of negative comments about the female staff. There were two female staff when I arrived, a younger one working at the bar and a older one that seemed to be the manager. They were both rude and highly stressed. Together with two men, I saw them shout at and push a gentleman trying to use the toilet. The atmosphere was not welcoming and the energy was hostile. It seems that they hate their jobs and want to pass that hatred on to their clients making it an awful place to pass time and...
