We found Le Saint Jean to be the best restaurant experience during our 2 weeks in France. The view from the patio was beautiful, the servers were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful (of note when we speak no French), and the food was fantastic. We chose the hummus with caper berries as a starter and it was excellent as were the main plates. I had questions about the preparation of the cod with a chorizo crust and our server took me through it step by step. My husband had octopus stew and he wiped his bowl clean. The wine list was chosen by the servers and the rose' we had with our seafood dinners was, again, the best we had while on this trip. We were sad to learn we cannot buy it in Canada. We were visited by the owner of the establishment and were happy to share our experience. If we are lucky enough to return to this part of the world we will look forward to another meal at...

When we looked on the menu we saw the coffees we wanted and when we ordered (again after a long wait) we were told they don't offer any milk alternatives (and before we even asked more questions the waitress turns around and speaks to her colleague about something else).
Very unpleasant experience with them and I do not recommend it! We found an amazing place next door from them where the people were kind, educated and welcoming!
I wouldn't bother ever entering this...
