We came at 20:00 as a company of 7 people and sat downstairs. The waiter Alesia was quite arrogant and incompetent from the moment when she started taking the order. Missed a few dishes and upon repetition wrote down, however, this is not a problem, when there is a full house in a restaurant that is totally fine. The problem arises from a following aspects: (1) The dishes were brought with an interval of 2-5 minutes after 20-25 minites the prser was made. First two lagmans, after a few minutes golubcy, after a few manty. Then we were waiting for 10 more minutes for salad. She didn’t bring the dessert with the salad at all, however, it was told that the dessert is coming with the salad. And another dessert comes in the end after all the food since we were celebrating a birthday. The worst part is that the last dish kofte arrived after 50-60 minites since the order was made. I think this is ridiculous to bring the food to the person when all 6 other people on the table already finished their dishes. (2) I do understand what full house in a restaurant means. The thing is that waiter didn’t even care about informing people about a delay in a preparation of a meal. One more problem is that it is unacceptable to bring the food separately to one big table. What she could do is to explain that kofte will take a lot of time to prepare and I would have to decide whether I would wait or change it to another quickly preparable dish.
Overall, quite frustrating experience with this long wait and unacceptable behaviour of waiter Alesia.
Just want to remind to the administration that in a good restaurant things should be a little different. No offences please, all was written for you to be better for the next time and for me to explain what I...

I recently dined at this restaurant, and I must say it was an incredibly disappointing experience. I give it a mere 1 out of 5 stars.
First and foremost, the wait time for our food was absolutely absurd. Despite being the only patrons in the restaurant at the time, we had to wait for a staggering hour before our food arrived at the table. The lack of attention to our order was baffling, especially considering the emptiness of the place.
When the food finally did arrive, my excitement quickly turned into dismay. The meat was dreadfully overcooked and dry, rendering it nearly inedible. The accompanying salad was equally disappointing; not only was it devoid of any kind of sauce, but the vegetables themselves seemed wilted and lackluster.
As if that wasn't enough, the checkout process was yet another ordeal. Just as we were ready to settle the bill, a group of 10 people who had just entered the establishment were given priority over us. This blatant disregard for our time and patience was the final straw.
Moreover, the service throughout the evening was incredibly unfriendly. The staff seemed to harbor an unwelcoming attitude, making it abundantly clear that they did not value the presence of tourists. This attitude was evident not only in their demeanor but also in the lack of attention and respect shown to our needs as customers.
In summary, my experience at this restaurant was nothing short of a disaster. The excessive wait time, coupled with the subpar quality of the food and the unkind service, made for an unforgettable negative impression. I would strongly advise anyone seeking a pleasant dining experience to steer clear of this...
Read moreWe chose this restaurant based on its promising Google Maps photos and reviews, even booking nearby accommodations to visit daily during our two-week stay. However, our initial visit revealed significant issues with nearly every dish. The borscht tasted three days old, the lamb was mostly unchewable fat, and the golubtsi were cold in the middle despite being warmed up. Even simple dishes like buckwheat were undercooked. Hoping it was just an off day, we returned, but the next day was no better: more undercooked buckwheat, four-day-old borscht, and a "Napoleon" cake that was a hard, crumbly mess. This place has potential, but the current cooks are clearly amateur; professional chefs are desperately needed. Additionally, the restaurant is severely understaffed, with one waitress struggling to serve everyone, leading to long waits. While prices are reasonable, that's the only positive. We're baffled by the number of...
