The worst experience we had here. We were received as if we were enemies. If I were the owner, I would dismiss the waitress without notice, because guests should be treated kindly and if there are any questions, you should also answer back kindly! We can't talk about the food because it hasn't even come to that. But I wouldn't go to that restaurant even if I had a coupon.

I can't get this customer service out of my head and that's why they haven't earned a cent!

The waitress has 0 empathy and doesn't even recognize the needs of the customer and that is very unprofessional for me.

I've been to many restaurants and I've never left a restaurant before ordering. You, on the other hand, with your unfriendly customer service, have made it within 10 minutes. Congratulations!

When I ask for a recommendation, I expect a recommendation and not an answer: read the supplements! This again shows that there is no competence.

And by the way, in our country there is no mask obligation, so it can happen that the wearing of the mask is forgotten for a short time. You did not even ask us friendly to wear the mask and so you received us unfriendly at the beginning.

I return to Zeni often because of the staff and the food. The staff is so nice and polite. If you have questions, they are helpful or can give recommendations without making you feel bothersome or inadequate. Just lovely people. This is my favorite breakfast and lunch spot. Sure, it’s a tiny place that fills up quickly but it has such a nice feeling of ‘home’ and it’s popular! I’ve never had an issue getting a table when I’ve gone though and always the same one, minus just the once when I opted to sit by the window near the baked goods. I swear when a tray of fresh cookies was brought out, I nearly had gone to Heaven, they smelled so good. My favorite things are: the vegan bowl, which is a generous portion and filled with so much fresh goodness and nutrition, the fact the coffee comes in various mugs just like if I were at home (u got Wonder Woman the last time!), and the petit dejeuner at breakfast.
