I recently had the pleasure of dining at Teta Marie in Nice, France, and it was an unforgettable experience that deserves nothing less than a glowing review. Teta Marie brings the rich and diverse flavors of Lebanese cuisine to the picturesque streets of Nice, and it's safe to say that this restaurant has truly mastered the art of Lebanese cooking. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The decor exudes a sense of authenticity, transporting you to a charming corner of Lebanon. The ambiance is perfect for both intimate dinners and lively gatherings with friends and family. Read moreWow! I found Téta Marie to be exceptional! That chicken schwarma… I don’t think I’ll ever forget it… that spice mixture with the preserved lemon was a harmonious masterpiece. Chicken was moist and tender. I also loved the way the fries were done… crisp in parts yes soft in others, a wonderful interplay of textures. Her mother’s za’atar spice blend… stunningly complex. The baklava was also delicious— crisp and flavorful but not too sweet or mushy. The dishes were also artfully presented. The space was quaint and clean. The owner was so friendly… beaming with pride, explaining everything is home made. It was clear she put a lot of thought into the entire experience. I wish I lived closer to try more things on the menu. This is a place not to miss!!! Thank you Téta for showing me what Lebanese food is all about. Wildly...

Today we went back for lunch and the shishbarak with rice was heavenly. The yogurt was so well seasoned. It is an old soul kitchen for sure. Highly recommended. Thank you Zeina for the calm atmosphere and...
