I don’t know why the rate was so high, I approached with trust because I’m a Vietnamese and a vegetarian, i tried a lot of vegetarian resto in Paris. Sadly, the dishes turned out bland. Especially my Bun bo Hue, it’s totally tasteless . The soup tasted like water, that’s the first time i could eat only one spoon and gave up all the dish. Didn’t even mention the price is way higher than average compared to other restaurants in the 13e. My bf’s dish was just 2 spring-rolls and it costs almost double price. He also agreed my dish tasted nothing. At the end, it was even worse that people who were in charge could just say sorry, and still I have to pay to bad dish that i couldn’t eat. There was no manager or owner there to talk. I don’t know what was wrong with the chef. But totally there was zero effort for the dish. You can’t just sell that and ask customers to pay. High price, bad food, bad service, i wish i could rate 0 star. I could only rate ok for the vibe and decoration. The first and the last time! Dommage
Update for your response below👇 Nobody, once again, nobody offered anything for the alternative dish like you said. That’s why i asked for talking to the manager, or the owners to have solution. But you were not there. I asked the waitress if the dish is like that or the chef forgot something because the soup tasted like normal water, no taste. I asked the cashier to try it to see if I lie. Your cashier just said sorry that’s it. And he asked if I wanna have something else. Which means i will have to pay for the dish i couldn’t eat, and plus pay extra for something that i didn’t want? You should ask: Why they don’t like it? Not saying sorry Is there anyway to compromise ? Not just saying sorry Asking for extra dish is not the same alternative dish It’s not professional when you just put all the responsibilities to the clients and blame them. Like i said, I’ve tried a lot of vegetarian restaurants in Paris, especially Vietnamese and Asian. It’s not only the dish, it’s also a big attitude behind running this business. And of course i know the manner so I still paid without any offer, because i know you will just say the taste is not suitable. Good luck for your...
Read moreReally disappointing. Saw a lot of hype on TikTok for this place but was very disappointed when we were one of the only Vietnamese customers in the place, and the service was just abysmal. I’ve had vegan Vietnamese food in London and the US and it is far behind in comparison. There are so many recipes for vegan Vietnamese food that replicate the flavors a lot better. They’re really stingy with the bean sprouts and herbs for the Pho. The pho had a very flat and had no depth flavor. The soup that comes with the rice dish was just the pho broth and weirdly cold. The curry tasted like a watery Thai curry and the vegetables in the curry weren’t ones you usually get in a Vietnamese curry. The only thing that we kind of enjoyed was the Bánh Hỏi but it was very plain. If you’re Vietnamese and vegetarian, stay away. You’ll just be...
Read moreI and my friend came there by accident. The restaurant is new and we wanna try. Didn’t aware that it is a vegan restaurant until the foods were brought to us. The decoration was nice and modern combine with typical Vietnamese features. The staffs were very friendly and smiling. Foods were presented nicely. We ordered Pho and Bun Bo Hue, and desserts is a set of coffee and mini dessert which is good to share and try everything. For me it is still far different from the original taste but it was pleasant and light. The soup for Pho and Bun Bo hue could be improved. Overall it was a nice vegan resto...
