As a Texan I can say that this is the best crepe I have ever had. The staff was amazing and Ben provided plenty of help. For those of you who are concerned all staff was fluent in English.
For my fine French friends this creperie has 30+ years of local experience that truly shows. Please support this new resturant.
As for the specifics of our order. We had the Molène, Caramel beurre salé maison, and the Campagnarde. The former has absolutely fantastic with the vanilla cream being the highlight if the crepe. There was an absolute abundance of vanilla beans. The toasted almonds also paired amazingly with the apples.
The Caramel beurre salé maison was super good with added vanilla ice cream. Similar to the above without the apples. A great option for those of you who don't love apples.
As for the savory Campagnarde the cheese gave it the heartiness you need for a whole meal. Highly recommend this dish as well.
Once again Ben was great. Absolutely a joy to talk with.

Top quality ingredients, a choice of 20 + galettes and a small but excellent wine list. The muscadet is of particular note! My personal favorites include Le campagnard made from cheese onions bacon and egg and Le complet ham, cheese and egg.
