Best croissants of Paris. Here you can find a lot of different tastes that I have never seen in my entire life, like TIRAMISÙ CROISSANT! You can even find stuff like pistacchio latte (super good). The entire activity is managed by a single person, and this is crazy. He's super nice and has a good memory: the second time my girlfriend and I came here, he remembered us and what we ordered the day before. This guy is a "stremon". The only defect is that the local is very small and it's a shame, because it deserves to be two times bigger. Such a wonderful place! The owner does an amazing job creating a welcoming, fun, hospitable environment, which I felt the first moment that I walked in. The coffee is excellent (I have heard other customers say it is their favorite in Paris, too!). Judy, Sonya, and Maina (who work there) are brilliant women who are a delight to talk with (and make amazing coffee). This is a special coffee shop with special people. I will give this place 3 stars, due to the nice atmosphere, very friendly staff and a cosy environment. Unfortunately, the espresso was not very good. It was very thin and lacked texture. Additionally, the flavour was quite weak and there was an unpleasant sour afternote, which was probably due to under-extraction. I am very fond of light roasted acidic coffees, but the sourness in this coffee was definitely not due to the roast and origin but due to under-extraction. Moreover, the crema on the espresso was not thick and buttery, but was quite bubbly and gaseous. All in all, nice place to sit in, but would not go there...
