Le Ruisseau — Restaurant in Paris

With my wife, we were close to Metro Station Rambuteau line 11 and were were starving. I checked on google map to locate a good burger joint near by and i found "Le Ruisseau Burger Joint" since it was very well rated. The place claimed to be "the best burger in town" in front of their door so we decided to try it and indeed, they have brilliant and amazing burgers at a very affordable price. Service is excellent (staff is very welcoming and nice) and fast (we ordered and the food was on the table within 10min). This burger joint also offer takeaway. As per google, they also have other restaurants in Paris as well. The downside is that no reservations is possible and the place is very small as there are only 4 tables. Even though there is a limited space, there is no need to queue for too long as we waited less than 10min to have 2 available spots inside. Additionnally, the hamburgers are one of the best I have eaten in a very long time. The homemade bun was delicious, the fresh meat and the fresh ingredients were delicious. The combinations in the burgers were outstanding. We had the best deal which is a combo that comes with homemade fresh fries and drink (we had the homemade lemonade with ginger which was great and refreshing) for 15€. After reading all of the reviews I had to stop and try this place. I ordered the cheddar burger and fries. I am going to make this very short, it was one of the best burgers I have had anywhere. It is absolutely my favorite burger in Paris. I ate it so quickly I did not have time to stop and take a picture.

I told the staff I would be back the next day to try a different burger, and of course, I was. This time I opted for the goat cheese burger. Again, I was amazed at how good this was. Both days, the burger was cooked absolutely perfectly, but the two stars of my burger each day were the pickles and the amazing bun.
