Worst experience Ive ever had at a hairsalon. DO NOT COME HERE.

Not a very hygienic place. I had other peoples hair blown all over me several times from the hairdressers using a blowdryer to clean off their station. Hair coloring and whatever else, mixed in a dirty bowl!

Completely disorganised.

Tables and station and chairs in general were dirty and messy...

The hairdressers were friendly, but took ages to finish their work because they wanted to chitchat.

Cutting fast and making big arm movements to look like they know what they are doing.

My hairdresser, Claudia, was working on 3 people at once! Not her fault - just how they do it, but still!

I ''ordered'' a balayage / highlights. Awful results, horrendous...

Claudia did the highlights, then colored my whole head of hair a ginger color!

I asked for natural looking highlights....

English is NOT spoken here... At least not by most of the hairdressers.

I have now requested a refund. This is a scandal to me...

I paid 218 euros for horrible service.

UPDATE TODAY APRIL 9.

Still no response from Space hair regarding my refund. Dishonest, unhygienic company that takes on too many customers at once and gives you horrible results.

Still no refund processed from Space Hair.

They said that they would send me a cheque to my addresse in order to rectify this situation.

I booked an appointment to get pink and purple done on brown hair. While I appreciate the time that Claudia invested in doing my hair (5hours), I wish she was communicating better about length to cut, times to wait, etc. For 204 euros I also wish I had a little nicer service, maybe offering some water or tea? In District 20, the prices are lower and they give you food and drinks, massages and what not. At the end of my transformation, there is a very strange highlight above my left ear which looks like I had glued a pink fake hair. It is an error made during the bleaching process that I pointed out to the hairdresser. I also think my hair was cut way too quick at the end. I understand she was tired but it looks like a nest now, too short and she didn't ask about where I want my main separation line to be. It took her 5minutes and that cost 55 euros. I had an overall nice time at the salon, and Claudia gave me tips how to preserve the color longer, but it wasn't worth 204 euros. The owner took videos and photos of my hair at the end and promised to send them. When I asked about them, he said he erased them by...

Terrible experience. The hairdresser, I think her name was Claudia or Pamela, burned my hair, and blamed me for it! Over charged me multiplying their online prices—charging for 4 bleaches and 2 colors to cover the extreme bleach she caused. Took 9 hours! My hair color turned out to be totally different from the video reference I showed her, and she blamed me for the outcome too. Pulled on my earrings harshly repeatedly until one bled. Kept splashing dirtying my pants with bleach. Charged me for extra service that I didn’t ask for nor did she mention, that I had to bargain to take its price out. They even said those prices shouldn’t be expensive for me since I came from New York! Also not all staff spoke English like the website claims, she didn’t speak English. I don’t recommend. it...
