Got the chicken combo set, dark meat set, and tender set. The chicken was moist and crispy, but SUPER BLAND… specks of thyme… but little flavour. The coleslaw was bland could only taste the black pepper. The sweet potato fries wasn’t bad actually and the rice was flavourful.. spicy. Nice. Sauces were delicious too. I enjoyed the Carolina mustard sauce. I really loved the bouillon. Great umami taste.. Overall not bad but the chicken being bland kind of put everything down. This understated restaurant keeps things simple and does them incredibly well – the chicken is crispy, juicy, and easily some of the best fried chicken in Paris. The wine list is excellent, making it the perfect place to settle in and enjoy great food without any pretension. The staff are super friendly and make you feel right at home. Hi my name is Dee First off Alex is an absolutely amazing host, I've never felt so welcomed in a restaurant in my entire life. I felt bad that I had to take my food to go. Now on the topic of the food, I'm a southern boy from Louisiana and trust me when I tell you that Buck Fried Chicken easily competes with what I've had back in America. It was juicy and flavorful. I recommend getting it spicy and don't get only one mini chicken sandwich, you'll be done in 2 bites, so get you a lot more because that house made bun, Chipotle mayo and juicy tender go so well together.
