A ray of Caribbean sunshine in Paris. This is how I can describe Comité that has become my favorite place in Paris. Chef Jose and Raul transport me every time to Colombia by putting in each delicious dish the perfect combination of creativity and love. Special mention to the "Poisson Grillé" and the "arroz con coco"
The interior was also a +++ during dinner which helped to complete the experience with an authentic and cozy place where Jaime is always there to help you with a bright smile during the dinner.
Cockatils got my heart too. Shoutout to the "Bololó". Simple, great and Delicious, Natalia put some magic on it.
