I had originally set out on a rental scooter to have lunch at a place near by but decided to stop here instead. I asked the server what was better the fish and chips or the carpaccio, then I said I would like a glass of wine and she could choose. Wow. The best carpaccio I've ever had. I could feel the order envy of other customers when she brought over this gorgeous masterpiece. Most everyone else was having a burger or other simple things. The wine was also excellent. Probably the best €25 meal during my two weeks in Paris.

After seeing the reviews, I'd thought it would be worth trying this place. As an expat, the food scene can be amazing, if not overwhelming at times. Making the best of your evening is a must and the food should speak to your experience in Paris. Sadly, I gave this place 2 attempts (to be fair) and I can say, save your money. This is a hard pass. Over cooked chicken where its so dry its the texture of drywall. Seriously, cooking a bird isn't the most difficult thing, to chalk it into wall paste is an achievement. If you like fries, you're going to be angry. Soggy, half done noodle like squiggly potato strings that only serve to make an attempt at driving a higher dish price. Do yourself a favor, throw some ramen in a warm glass of water and sprinkle salt on it...wait 5 minutes and you'll have a better taste than what they serve here. Food - 1/10 Service - 5/10 (4 bonus points for English mastery, 1 point of attention) Decor/location - 8/10 (if only the food matched, omg!)

What a great team of people works here to make you feel welcome. From the barman to waiter at the terrace. And than the chef surprises you with more than delicious food. We came here one evening by accident for dinner and returned the next day especially for lunch. Both times the experience was great and I cannot wait to return in teh summer when the terrace will be even nicer. Lots to see, because along te canal there is a parade of people jogging, walking their dog or couples enjoying a walk together.

Very polite service but the food came after 90 mins of waiting. We ordered the ceviche which was not fresh, the goat which was not salted and super tough, left half of it uneaten, the chicken rotisserie (signature dish) was crunchy, left that uneaten as well. Bill was about 150$ for 7 people, not bad, but we left half the food on the table after waiting so long for it. nice interiors though.

Very good and kind service, speaks English very well. Explained the menu amazingly. Food was well-priced and phenomenal and fastly served. The ambiance was great, the restaurant looked spotless, and the location is beautiful, close to canal. We will defenitely return here next time we're in Paris.
