Cozette Boulangerie — Restaurant in Paris

As a local living in this district for the last 7 years, I can confidently say that this has quickly became my favorite boulangerie of the quartier. Instead of selling mediocre (fake) faites maison desserts, this bakery makes quality desserts (looks basic but creative touch) that I truly appreciate. Tradition baguette and pain de campagne are alright like else where but their sandwich and desserts are top! This place was pretty good. There was some really tasty food. Let me tell you about it. The croissant was the best ever croissant I have ever tasted. The texture was so soft but stretchy. One of the rare places where everything is good. Croissants don't get much better than this. Very delicately crispy exterior and airy fluffy inside with just the right amount of butter and sweetness.
