I went here to see Hanz Zimmer in concert for the last weekend of his tour. I could go on and on about the concert, which was ABSOLUTELY amazing!! But this review is about the arena (lol). I took the metro to the arena which was super easy! One metro, I believe it was #6. I got off the metro, walked up two flights of steps and there was the very interestingly showcased arena. It almost appeared to be a garden with how it looked. The arenas in the states are very cookie cutter. But! The staff were outside of the venue, very helpful for someone who does not speak the language, getting around in the arena was very easy! There is a restaurant/bar located when you walk in so that was a pleasant way to wind down before the show! And the restaurant/bar had a themed drink for the concert, a mojito with a twist to it. Stairs and escalators took every one up to the landings where seats were and there was a plethora of concessions and merchandise stands. I grabbed a drink on the way to finding my seat, which was very easy. My ticket was checked to make sure I was in the correct section. A lady on the other side of the doors also checked my ticket to help me walk to my seat. Now, I caution...I was dressed very nicely and decided to wear heels that were about 3, 4 inches, I was VERY nervous walking down the steps in those shoes. I came prepared and brought flat sandals that I had in my purse so I quickly changed shoes which made going up and down the stairs very easy! The seats I had were PERFECT for Hans Zimmer. The seating wasn't too small and the leg room was average for any arena. Bathrooms were also average for arenas. The only thing I was not a fan of was being corralled like cattle at the end of the show to ONE section of doors to be let out. Back in the states, you can use all the exits in the arena. If something would have occurred, there would have been mayhem in that large crowd. And for a person like me, it was nerve-racking to be in a huge crowd like that trying to get out...but! All in all, I had a lovely time and would absolutely return...

Whether you need directions to your seats or recommendations for the best restaurants in the area, they are always happy to help.
The ambiance inside the arena is electric, with a fantastic sound system that enhances the overall experience. The seating is comfortable and offers excellent views of the stage or playing field. The selection of food and drinks is varied, and the quality is excellent.
One area that could use some improvement is the organization of entry and exit points, which can be a bit chaotic at times. However, this is a minor issue compared to the overall fantastic experience.
Overall, I would highly recommend Accor Arena to anyone looking for a memorable event experience in Paris. It's a fantastic venue that delivers on all fronts, from comfort to customer service. I look forward to returning to this world-class facility soon. Thank you to the owners and staff for providing such an...
Read moreA well managed venue. I visited the Accor Arena for the first time to see Ghost. Throughout this tour, the band has prohibited the use of phones or recording equipment during the performance which all venues need to manage with the help of Yondr. I had heard that some venues have struggled with this extra step leading to delays. This was not the case at the Accor. Communication from staff was clear (even to a non French speaker as they would repeat themselves regularly and occasionally speak English too) and the process was really streamlined. The arena itself is well equipped with a good number of toilets for the number of people in attendance. My one fault, as with all major venues like this, was the price of water. €4 per bottle when you can’t bring in your own is daylight robbery. The staging for the show was excellent and looked really good in this size of venue (I had seen the tour in London where the size of the O2 arena dwarfed the stage) but they did struggle with the sound mixing. I felt I could only hear one or two instruments at a time in some places and was genuinely confused as to which song was playing until the melody kicked in. This may have been due to where I was placed, but it did sound noticeably worse than the same...
