Hidden gem! Everything was amazing, owner operated business with custom cocktails with no stupid frills. Just top shelf liquor mixed in unique and palate deceiving ways. The bartender quite possibly makes the best cocktails on planet Earth. Each creation is so unique and so flawlessly balanced. From a spicy ginger cocktail, to a citrusy vegetal cocktail that feels like you’re drinking the best salad of your life

First - this is the best bar in Paris. Hugo is by far the best bartender and owner in Paris. All his drinks are handcrafted and delicious.
