I've had the opportunity to try the Musa Bar a few times - for a date, for a casual drink, and for a going away party I was organizing with 30+ people. And honestly, it's one of my favorite places in Paris! The atmosphere is very friendly and warm, you feel very welcome and well treated, the team is great (super efficient, nice, and dynamic), the choice of cocktails is very varied and original (you can find this creativity at their little sister bar, Les Musardeurs, also a very unique place) and the products chosen for their plates are really of good quality. Un pote m'a emmenée dîner là-bas une première fois. Il connaît les proprios donc accueil parfait, meilleure table mais du coup mon avis est peut-être un peu biaisé...

Le trio classique de ce qui est maintenant devenu la norme : "assiettes à partager - produits de saison - la carte change régulièrement". Je ne vois pas grand chose à y redire, "what you see is what you get", c'est joli et c'est bon. Que demander de plus ?

Revenue une deuxième fois la semaine dernière. C'était blindé, bruyant, mais dans une atmosphère malgré tout agréable. Le service un peu débordé mais on a jamais attendu trop longtemps. Les croquettes de poisson arrivent un peu tard donc panure un peu détrempée, c'est dommage. Les tacos de veau confit, à l'inverse, en valent vraiment le détour. Le fondant, les morceaux caramélisés, l'assaisonnement... c'était vraiment très très bon.

Gros plus pour un des membres de la cuisine qui aidait au service en salle ce soir-là. Il est venu nous demander notre avis sur ce qu'on venait de manger, très sympathique, très à l'écoute d'une critique constructive bien que totalement subjective. Il nous a recommandé le dessert, un moelleux au chocolat cœur coulant butternut et gingembre. C'était terriblement gourmand, un côté sucré salé très agréable. La butternut est sûrement là pour la sucrosité mais on ne la devine pas. Gingembre à peine perceptible.

We dropped in here spontaneously and couldn’t have made a better choice! The wine list is beautifully curated, and the service was amazing — hats off to the two staff members (one at the bar, one running the floor) who managed the whole place with no wait times, always smiling, and clearly enjoying what they do.
