This became our favourite restaurant on our latest trip to Paris by a sheer fluke. On our first night at our hotel we were searching for anywhere that looked good in the area, reading reviews etc., it was getting late and we decided to just find a place that would do a burger or pizza to get fed quickly. We looked at a few places and had already passed by Flocco twice whilst getting soaked in the rain so we stood in the doorway and had a look in. When we came in we were greeted by lovely friendly staff, we sampled some great beer and then both enjoyed possibly the greatest pizza known to man. This place was amazing, so we made a point of trying to eat here as much as possible or at least pop in for a beer each day or night. We arranged our final day of holiday so we could visit on our way to the airport it was that special to us. Went for the calamari which was surprisingly in this very delicious pea soup and for mains, we went simple with margarita pizza and linguine. The pizza was amazing, fresh and the dough was super good. I always judged an Italian place by their pizza dough and FLOCCO definitely passed the test. Making this a spot for when I’m in Paris again. Our grandson (13) said the pizza was probably the best he had ever had. The overall atmosphere was relaxed and family friendly, and not rushed at all.
